The Offense:
Me and my 17 year old son and 6 year old daughter were driving along Hunstman Blvd. We were following this Nissan Silver with a female driver on a cell phone who was traveling 10 miles below the speed limit of 35. I decided to turn right to Spur st. to avoid this cellphone talker / slow driver. When I was about 300 meters away from Spur Street, she suddenly cut me off from the left side and almost hit my car for whatever reason? Good thing I was able to step on the breaks, if not it could really have been a disaster. I felt she didn't want me to pass by her when in fact my intention was to turn right. My 6 year old daughter was really shaken up and was about to cry because she was scared and surprised about what happened. I went on for a chase to see what was wrong with that driver? But she went on and drove as if nothing had happened. Realizing that this would only create further problems and my kids were okay, I just passed by her. But she went on and tailling me. I decided to turn left to avoid her because I felt that she must really have a problem of sort? I felt bad that my daughter had to go through this ordeal.

This man was speeding so fast that he almost hit the front of my vehicle on 1/7/11 when he sped around me and then in front of me. I was so scared and I turn my wheel so he wouldn't hit me and I accidently hit my hi beamers and then he slammed his brakes on me. He continued to do that all the way to the next stop light. I stopped my car and placed my flashers on hoping a police man would see me and come to the scene. He finally went around my car and moved on. I plan to call the Fairfax County police today to report him. Someone could of been seriously hurt.
