On I-35 north during rush hour, There were about 4 young white males in a large 4 door sedan. I saw the vehicle move from the third lane over to the second. The moron on the passenger side leans out the window and decides to throw something at a car in the first lane. They drove further down the road and try to run this car off the road. I saw them giving the driver the finger, then once again they threw something else at the car.
