Cutting across several lanes of traffic, cutting in front of my car, I honked, finger flipping. Sudden stop infront of my car to taunt, apparent that He cuts across from 94 exit to Douglas every morning, He was "entitled".

The Offense:
Unprovoked incident, Came up fast behind me in left lane, I moved over when possible to allow him to pass but then he remained in the right lane and slowed down. My cruise control was on and when when my car came along side of his he increased speed. This happened a few times until he flipped finger. I slowed to avoid truck traffic and he continued on cutting in front of another car.
