The guy was flipping off everyone and going in and out of traffic. I was behind him and had my blinker to get off on 48th. He was in front of me looking in his rear view mirror flipping me off. Not sure why because I was a car length away from him. He got off the same exit I was getting off and started slamming on his brakes and going slow. In my mind I'm like what the hell is the RETARD doing??? I got on my cell and act like I called the cops on him and he was still acting crazy until I turned off.
